Apple Cinnamon Baked Oats

Warm, cozy baked oats with apples and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 cups milk (any)
  • 1 egg (optional) or 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Steps

  1. Heat oven to 190°C. Grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and apples.
  3. Whisk milk, egg (or chia), and syrup. Pour into dish.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set.
  5. Cool 5 minutes and serve.

Tip: Serve with yogurt on top for extra protein.
